A food & drink stand, "VALUME", opened at Miyashita Park in Shibuya to offer new enjoyment of Coca-Cola!
A selection of "Coke mix" drinks available!

Do you know "mocktail" that is recently popular? "Mocktail" is a word coined by the combination of 'mock', which means to imitate or mimic, and 'cocktail', and is a new way to call alcohol-free versions of cocktails. Mocktails are increasingly becoming popular because people, who usually stay away from alcohol beverages, can enjoy drinking and also because people now have more occasions to drink at home. To offer new enjoyment of "Coca-Cola" through mocktails, VALUME opened in one of the fashion capitals of Japan - Shibuya, Tokyo.

Located in the FOOD HALL on the South 3rd floor of "RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK," a new commercial complex opened in Miyashita Park in August, VALUME creates a casual atmosphere of American dinners in the 1960s. Leveraging the locational advantages of Shibuya, the restaurant attracts people of all ages.

VALUME offers selections of soft drinks, 17 types of mocktails, and 7 types of Coke and fruit mix drinks, along with Reuben sandwiches, French fries, and other dishes that go well with the drinks.

Here, you can enjoy a variety of mocktails made with Coca-Cola, Ginger Ale, Real Gold, Minute Maid, and so on, in addition to the restaurant's original Coke mix drinks with fruits and ice cream.

Unexpected combinations of drinks are popular items on the menu. Cafe Latte Coke is one of such examples from the Coke mix lineup. As the name presents itself, it is a combination of cafe latte and Coca Cola. The sweetness of maple syrup works as a fusion of Coca-Cola and coffee and brings out the sweet aroma of milk.

Mocktail recipes are available on our website for you to have fun at home.

VALUME also offers some warm drinks that are best for the coming colder seasons. It serves Costa Coffee that made inroads in Japan this year. Costa Coffee is the largest coffee brand in Europe and enjoyed in 32 countries across the globe. Created in London in 1971 by Italian brothers, Sergio and Bruno Costa, this premium coffee has been persistent to "hand-crafted" style for nearly 50 years since its foundation.

A recommended signature drink is "Flat White". It may sound unfamiliar in Japan, but "Flat White" is a type of espresso mixed with steamed milk and is a popular drink in Europe. Rich espresso is generously poured into the finely foamed milk of smooth texture to brings out a perfect balance between the sweetness of milk and the nice roasted aroma of coffee.

Costa Coffee is available only at a few locations in Japan at present, and VALUME is one of such places. Try and enjoy the barista-quality coffee.
