Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan First time ever in Fukuoka!

Fukuoka Children's Hospital Fundraising Vending Machine

With regard to placement of "Fukuoka Children's Hospital Fundraising Vending Machine" for the first time ever in Fukuoka City, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc. (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Tamio Yoshimatsu) is pleased to report that we placed the first machine in Fukuoka Children's Hospital on Wednesday, July 31.

In accordance with our corporate philosophy "community-based", this project is intended to respond to social issues such as increased needs for support for the children who devote themselves to medical treatment and their families who support them, with the aim of developing healthy next generation amid the low birthrate and aging population.  When a customer purchases beverage from the vending machine, part of the proceeds will be utilized for supporting children who are trying hard on medical treatment and their families. Furthermore, we will try to implement public relations activities to support the Children's Hospital by expanding the vending machine to the entire Fukuoka City, wishing for a bright future for all the children and their families.
