Notice of Price Revisions
Effective for Shipments from September 1, 2026

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc. (headquartered in Tokyo; Representative Director, President & CEO Calin Dragan; hereafter “CCBJI”) today announced price revisions for major product categories, effective for shipments from September 1, 2026.
 

The cost of conducting business has continued to rise, driven by prolonged high prices for raw materials and energy, as well as exchange rate fluctuations and recent global developments. Under these circumstances, the Company has made the utmost efforts to improve production and operational efficiency and to reduce costs. However, market conditions have made it increasingly difficult to continue absorbing these increased costs through internal efforts alone.

In response, CCBJI has decided to implement further price revisions across major product categories. The Company will continue to pursue efficiency improvements and cost reductions while remaining committed to providing customers and consumers with safe, secure and high value-added products. CCBJI appreciates the understanding of its customers and stakeholders.

1. Product packages subject to the price revisions: 
PET bottles (large, medium, and small), canned products (cans and bottle cans), pouch drink products (including handy packs), and powdered beverage products.
*Certain products excluded

2. Revision rate: 
Manufacturer's suggested retail prices will be revised by +3.2 – 18.7%

3. Revision date: 
September 1, 2026 (based on shipments)
