Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Group holds 2026 Entrance Ceremony for 273 New Employees

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc. (“CCBJI”), Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Vending Inc., and FV Japan Co., Ltd. today held a joint entrance ceremony for 273 new employees joining the Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Group in 2026.

Executives from each Group company attended the ceremony to welcome the new employees, and the President delivered a message to them. Participants enjoyed Coca-Cola beverages and spoke with Group executives, helping to build connections and foster a sense of belonging.

The program also included company-led activities such as Taste Test Coke, a side-by-side tasting of Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Zero, and Taste Test Green Tea, a side-by-side tasting of Ayataka and Ayataka Chaba no Amami.These activities helped participants better understand the company’s products.

After completing their training programs, new employees will begin working at business locations across 38 prefectures in Japan. The Group will continue to recruit diverse talent and foster an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive, in line with its mission to “Deliver happy moments to everyone while creating value.”
