At the ceremony, Toshiyuki Ninomiya, Head of CCBJI’s Saitama Branch 2, talked about the outline of the JOC Olympic support vending machine activity, and Mr. Tomioka, Mayor of Asaka, made a greeting speech. Afterward, they signed the agreement.

Based on the agreement, "JOC Olympic support vending machine with a rifle shooting design" will be installed in 4 locations in City of Asaka including the underground bicycle parking area by the eastern exit of Asaka Station.
The part of proceeds from these vending machines will be utilized to support athletes aiming for Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and also to promote the Olympic movement.
