On Monday, October 26, the Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Kyoto Plant started the production of special lemon sour "Lemon-dou" to ensure a stable supply of the product. Up until then Lemon-dou was only produced in the Saitama Plant in CCBJI, so the Kyoto Plant is the second plant to produce it. In starting the production, the Kyoto Plant introduced new equipment to its existing production line, and in September this year obtained a liquor production license which is necessary for production of alcohol products. The Kyoto Plant will be responsible for the stable supply of Lemon-dou mainly in western Japan.
Unfortunately, the production process of Lemon-dou cannot be disclosed due to its special manufacturing method, but the manufacturing equipment is also filled with our specialties.
To produce Lemon-dou, the Kyoto Plant learned the know-how of alcohol production from the Saitama Plant, and achieved this start of production. We, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc., manufacture safe, secure and delicious Lemon-dou drinks and deliver them to you in a stable manner.
