    Americamura is a vibrantly unique area from which the culture of Osaka Minami emanates. Our concept is to “connect with our customers’ FUN”.
    In these times when people living in the city are looking for fun and relaxation via keywords such as ‘outdoors’ and ‘nature’, our store is decked with many hammocks and provides the fun and relaxation of being outdoors even if we are indoors in the middle of a city, and we believe that this style also matches the needs of Americamura which thrives on originality.
    That being said, we have received many customer-based proposals from Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan that align with our concepts.
    We feel that they are truly an “indispensable partner” in the embodiment of our concepts.

    For example, at our self-service drinks area we serve Coca-Cola in a bottle.
    The appeal of being outdoors is to be able to experience everything yourself.
    Opening a bottle is one of those experiences, and sometimes we find customers who had never done it before.
    But when you open the bottle, feel the coolness of the bottle, and hear the clicking of bottles when you toast…well, the bottle provides a sense of being outdoors through a simple drink.

    Which is why, when Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan understands our concept and proposes to deliver the product in a bottle, their presence is quite significant.

    The board design at the front of our store was also assisted by the Coca-Cola representative. It has been arranged and posted to match our taste. There is no other partner who goes to such lengths to think in our shoes.

    To keep our customers wanting to come back for more, we have to be creative in making them feel that “there’s new fun and relaxation every time I visit,” and Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan is very well-timed in their proposals for seasonal events, etc.

    Recently for Halloween, the rep and our staff used their proposed mocktail (non-alcoholic cocktail) as a base to create a unique drink topped with jelly shaped like an eye.
    It became extremely popular.
    I hope that they continue to ride along with us on these ventures.
    As we look toward more expansion, I hope that we can continue to work with Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan as a mutual partner, providing enjoyment to the customer.

What I value in my communication with my customer is to make sure that I understand what they are looking for.
In order to do that, I place emphasis on collecting data in advance, such as the store’s channel, concept, and features of the drink and food menu, etc.
REVARTI has a clear concept to “connect with the customers’ FUN”, and I tried to shape my proposals from the consumers’ perspective thinking, what would make this place fun?
I will continue to assist REVARTI not only in introducing our products but through a broad range of suggestions including promotions like the unique mocktail we created for Halloween.
